Priority Search
Priority recruiting is generally engaged when time, complexity, impact, and confidentiality are critical. With this option, the client company pays a negotiable up-front non-refundable fee (deducted from final contingency fee) in exchange for our commitment to work the search as a top priority and provide exclusive access to each represented IT professional for 4 weeks. This option is attractive when the opening is urgent and critical.
Retained Search
Retained recruiting is designed for the purpose of hiring senior-level executive positions and very hard-to-find IT professionals. Retained search requires 1/3 of estimated fee up-front, 1/3 of estimated fee after an in-person interview is completed, and the remainder of the fee after new hire starts. Particularly appropriate when the need is urgent or the hire will have a significant impact on company performance, retained search demands precision and discretion.
Contractor Staffing
Sometimes it makes sense to complete short-term goals. This option is for when there is need of a temporary resource to complete project work.
